  1. When logged in, click "MY UPGRADES" button at the top-right corner, or simply click this link.
  2. Scroll down to "My Upgrades" section, and click "MANAGE".
  3. Click "CANCEL".

You can email us during the weekends and at night. If you need help canceling your subscription, just email us.

What Happens When You Cancel

Your subscription will be still active until it expires at the end of the period: One year from the date of the Upgrade for the annual plan, and one month from the date of the Upgrade for the Monthly plan.
